Ciabatta and Baguette Bread Class. This class will concentrate on making and baking the perfect Ciabatta and Baguette. We will make lots of loaves, and explore a number of delectable ways to use them. If you have wanted to bake this bread or need help then this is the class for you. Warm loaf of bread, a glass of wine, and listening to your favorite music.
